It is critical that you demonstrate public support for Ukraine, opposition to Russian aggression, and alignment with the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines.
You can do so by identifying “remainers” in your portfolios for the purpose of engaging those companies to encourage them to leave or suspend operations and relationships in Russia.
You can also consider exclusion or divestment of those companies that are unwilling to adequately mitigate the human rights risks associated with their operations and relationships in Russia.
